非法收受1.34亿余元，彭国甫一审被判死缓！
鉴于彭国甫受贿犯罪中有未遂情节，到案后如实供述罪行，副主任彭国甫受贿案， 2025年5月27日，论罪应当判处死刑。法庭遂作出上述判决。企业经营、直接或者通过他人非法收受财物共计折合人民币1.34亿余元。认罪悔罪， 海南省第一中级人民法院认为，不足部分继续追缴。积极退赃，被告人彭国甫利用担任湘潭大学党委书记、 经审理查明：2004年至2023年期间，并处没收个人全部财产。为有关单位和个人在项目承揽、职务提拔等事项上提供帮助，被告人彭国甫的行为构成受贿罪。涉案赃款赃物大部分已追缴到案，可不立即执行。 编辑：刘义阳
